Created for professional coaching, DoLquest emerged from the discipline's inherent demand for high professionalism. It stands as a unique, powerful support system designed to highlight the role and profession of business coaches, facilitating awareness and initiating client action.
Central to DoLquest Systemic is the Profile, inherently systemic and based on the science of complex systems, which defies simplistic categorization or labeling. It starts with individuals as they are, not as predefined categories.
DoLquest views each person as a complex whole, dynamically evolving and rich with resources and potentials. One of its core messages, "everyone is unique, evolving, and full of potential," captures this view of individual uniqueness.

For instance, consider "Flow"*, a valuable and sought-after resource for individuals. Some profiles have one or more Flow zones, others do not. The professional coach using DoLquest can see and reveal where the Profile has a Flow zone. However, the coach cannot know what precise experience it corresponds to for his client. The coach therefore needs to ask his client what precise experience it corresponds to. And what triggers this Flow. Because it’s different for each individual. The DoLquest Expert describes where the Flow zone is, but only the customer knows what particular experience it corresponds to. This, too, helps to enhance the coachee's experience.
Accelerator Role: DoLquest accelerates and potentiates the coaching mission
DoLquest accelerates the coaching process while maintaining its high quality by eliminating superfluous elements or well-intentioned pretexts, focusing on what is truly and genuinely essential to the client.

* FLOW: Flow, or energy flux, is an autotelic experience—it is an end in itself. It's a temporary state of being. When experienced, external constraints, time, space, taxes, or forgotten parking meters cease to exist, replaced by a continuous flow of gentle, intense, and powerful energy that carries you. It is described as an "oceanic" experience. A millennia-old human experience, it was recently theorized by Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
