For whom
For professionals with senior experience in coaching, development, and transformation (such as coaching, training, tutoring, systems thinking, strategic consulting) who seek a high-level, distinctive, and inspiring approach. The Certification Training Program is rich and demanding.
How
A Certification Training Program conducted online, consisting of three main phases with 3 to 4 modules each, interspersed with personal work sessions (homework).
All dates are chosen together. Each Certification Training Programis dedicated to a select group of participants. They benefit from tailored support throughout the certification process.
You will receive personalized support throughout the training pathway. The training is preceded by a light preparatory stage. Tailored follow-up is provided for six months following the Training Certification (‘post-certification’).

"DoL" comes from Sanskrit. It represents that imperceptible—meaning not yet visible—movement, the beginning of everything, which triggers the initiation and movement, the transformation, the evolution.
"Quest" comes from Old French and Latin. It represents the quest, the search, and the path of searching. It’s the path opened by the awareness triggered by DoLquest. "Quest" is also an abbreviation of "questionnaire," from the Latin "quaero," meaning to seek, to inquire, to doubt, to question, to discuss, to study, and to seek to know and learn.
Because DoLquest is a "quest," it is not a test nor an assessment. It does not evaluate skills, it does not judge, it does not categorize. DoLquest highlights the uniqueness of a profile that therefore cannot be compared. It indicates the movement inherent to the person, what inspires them and energizes them. It opens new worlds and perspectives.
